Create songs and instrumentals

You can now ask your agent to create songs with vocals or instrumental music using Google Lyria. Describe the style, instruments, and mood, or include your own lyrics.

Work with files up to 1 GiB

Your Tasklet agents can now work with files up to 1 GiB on paid plans, up from 300 MiB. Some other previews, downloads, and integrations may still have lower limits.

Google Chat attachments

Your agent can now better see attachments in Google Chat messages and download attached files to work with them.

Mark threads as read or unread

You can now mark a thread as read or unread from its menu, so you can leave work to revisit later.

Connect your agent to Mercury

You can now connect Mercury's official MCP server to give your agent access to banking accounts, balances, transactions, statements, cards, recipients, and invoices.

Generate spoken audio

You can now generate spoken audio with one narrator or multiple distinct voices. Ask for the delivery style you want, then listen to or download the generated audio file.

Ultrafast speed setting

Ultrafast is a new speed setting for when you want to stay in flow and need answers right away. Open the model picker, go to Speed, and choose Ultrafast.

Securely save browser logins in Tasklet

Save a login once, and your agent can sign itself back in to the sites it works in. Use a 1Password vault if you already keep passwords there, and let Agent browsers keep your agent signed in across all its threads.

Connect APIs that use custom OAuth token headers

You can now connect more APIs whose OAuth sign-in requires a custom access-token header or prefix.

Let your agents email each other

When multiple agents have email channels, you can now add another agent you manage in the same organization as an email contact. Confirming the contact verifies it in both directions, so either agent can start or reply to emails.

Give each Agent its own email address

Each agent can now have a dedicated email address provided by Tasklet. You can set it up in Connections > Channels and choose who can email your agent directly or receive emails from it. Approved contacts can start new email threads with your agent. Other people can reply in group emails that include your agent, as long as an approved contact stays on the thread.

Better charts and dashboards in Instant Apps

This update gives you an improved design and experience for the visual dashboards, charts, and graphs within your Instant Apps.

Gemini 4 Argon

Google's Gemini 4 Argon is now available in Tasklet's model picker.

RSVP to Google Calendar invitations

Your agent can now accept, decline, or tentatively accept Google Calendar invitations on your behalf. It can also clear your response or add a note to the organizer, without changing anyone else's RSVP.

Your agent can now send messages between threads

Your Tasklet agent can now send work or respond to other threads within the agent, or start a new thread. Messaging stays within the same agent, and replies arrive as separate messages.

Connect to more OAuth-protected MCP servers

Tasklet now supports MCP servers that use OAuth Client ID Metadata Documents instead of dynamic client registration.

Use the Airtable connection instead of Airtable MCP

As of October 8, 2026, Tasklet’s built-in Airtable MCP integration is retired. Existing Airtable MCP connections no longer run tools. Reconnect using the Airtable REST integration.

Claude Haiku 5.5

Claude Haiku 5.5 is now available in Tasklet's model picker.

Connect 1Password for browser logins

You can connect 1Password so your agent can use website logins, passwords, and one-time codes from selected vaults in browser tasks. Setup requires a 1Password service account with read access to those vaults.

Securely save browser credentials for your agents

You can save browser credentials securely in Tasklet so your agents can independently sign in without asking for your password each time. Passwords are stored encrypted and filled only on the matching website, without being provided directly to the agent’s AI model.

Parallel background subagents

Your agent can now delegate multiple tasks to subagents running in parallel in the background, while you keep working with the parent agent in the same thread. It can also adjust each subagent’s model and thinking effort, resume failed subagents, and reuse them for follow-up work.

GPT-6.1 Sol

GPT-6.1 Sol is now available in Tasklet's model picker.

Claude Sonnet 5.5

Search across your entire Tasklet workspace

Find anything faster with one search across your Threads, Automations, Connections, Drives, and Archived items. Your agents can also search your past threads to recover earlier work and pick up where they left off.

Sign in with Apple on the web

Sign in with Apple is now an available option on Tasklet’s web login.

Public file sharing directly from Agents

From any document, slide deck, or HTML page your Agent creates, click Share → Create public link. The public link captures that version of the file. Changes stay private until you choose to update the public copy.

More ways to upload files

On desktop, click the + button in a thread to “Upload folder” from your computer while preserving its directory structure, or choose “Upload from an app” to bring an app’s output into the thread as a file.

Threaded iMessage replies and tapbacks

Tasklet agents can now reply directly to specific iMessages and add or remove tapbacks, including emoji reactions, on eligible text messages. Incoming reactions return to the originating Tasklet thread, helping agents keep conversations in context.

Improved connections for Attio, Gamma, and Airtable

Connect your agent to the official MCP servers for Attio, Gamma, and Airtable to manage CRM records, create presentations and documents, and work with Airtable data.

ChatGPT Images 2.5

ChatGPT Images 2.5 is now available in Tasklet for image generation with sharper details and faster generation.

GPT-6 Astra

More GitHub tools for code review and Actions

Shared Drives: Scale what works across your company

Shared Drives give your team and agents access to the same company knowledge, working files, and proven skills. Capture something once, and every person and agent you choose can put it to work.

WebMCP support

Tasklet agents now speak WebMCP, an emerging web standard that lets websites offer tools directly to agents. On sites that support it, agents call the site’s own structured actions instead of clicking through pages, zero setup required. It already works on 3+ million Shopify shops, and tasklet.ai now publishes its own WebMCP tools for pricing, docs, and product updates.

Scoped permissions for shared agents

When you share an agent, you can now choose whether each teammate can manage it or just use it. 'Can use' lets them chat with the agent to delegate or automate tasks. 'Can manage' also lets them modify its connections, knowledge, permissions, and share it with others.

Record your screen to create skills

Choose “Record Screen” from the + menu in a thread to demonstrate a workflow, provide context, or ask for feedback. Your agent can answer questions, suggest improvements, or turn what you’ve shown into a reusable skill.

Tasklet for Mac

Tasklet is now available as a desktop app for Mac. Open agents and threads in native tabs and windows, install instant apps to your Dock as system apps, and start work without opening your browser. Quick Chat opens Tasklet from any Mac app with Option-Space. Requires macOS 13 or later on Apple silicon.

Kimi K3

Kimi K3 is now available in Tasklet. This is the first open-source model in our model selection lineup.

Gemini 3.7 Flash

Gemini 3.7 Flash is now available in Tasklet.

More visibility into your available connections

You can now see who added each connection, its permissions, when an agent last used it, and the thread where it was used. This makes it easier to understand which connections an agent relies on and view its recent activity.

Introducing Memory: Agents that learn & improve over time

Agents now have memory. An agent proactively learns from work across its threads, so it automatically gets better the more your team uses it. New agents use memory from day one. To turn it on for an existing agent, go to More > Advanced > Agent-wide memory and click Turn on.

More reliable large-file uploads

Large files now upload in smaller chunks, so an interrupted connection only retries the affected chunk instead of restarting the entire upload. Smaller uploads also retry automatically when temporary connection or server errors occur.

Shared connections across your team

Company connections can now be shared across your team. Set up a connection once in Settings > Connections, then share it with specific teammates or your entire organization. Teammates can add shared connections to any agent from Connections > Add connection.

  • Improved dictation is faster and more accurate.
  • A clearer model picker makes the available options easier to understand.
  • More consistent menus make Tasklet easier to navigate.

Tasklet agents are now 30% more cost-efficient

Three recent upgrades — deferred tool calling, smarter delegation, and code-based tool calling — have made Tasklet agents about 30% more cost-efficient. Your agents now load tools only when they need them, hand routine work to cheaper models, and write code instead of reasoning through the same repetitive steps.

Smarter delegation with subagents

Tasklet agents can now break complex work into focused subtasks and hand each one to a dedicated subagent. They can choose the right level of intelligence for the job – faster, lower-cost models for routine work and more capable models when needed – and pass along the relevant tools, files, and context.

Code-based Tool Calling

Tasklet agents can now write code and run scripts to chain tools, process large results, and better handle complex multi-step work – making these tasks more reliable while reducing costs.

Tasklet is now SOC 2 Type I compliant, reinforcing our commitment to protecting customer data.

Service account auth for Direct APIs

Direct API integrations can now authenticate with service accounts, including RFC 7523 JWT-bearer and self-signed JWTs.

Faster parallel tool calls

When an agent calls several tools at once, the calls now execute concurrently instead of one at a time.

Organization join requests

Teammates with a matching company domain can discover your organization and request to join. Admins control discoverability and approve requests.

Richer MCP tool output

MCP tools that return audio, resource, and resource-link results now work end-to-end.

Tasklet for Teams
